StonkWhisper aggregates congressional trading disclosures filed under the STOCK Act. These disclosures have significant limitations:

• Members of Congress have up to 45 calendar days from the date of a transaction to file a disclosure — data is inherently delayed and does not reflect real-time positions;
• Disclosures report ranges of transaction values, not exact amounts — the actual size of any position is unknown;
• Disclosures may contain errors, omissions, or late amendments filed after the initial disclosure;
• Congressional trades may be executed by third-party investment managers on behalf of the member, without the member's direct knowledge or intent;

The existence or non-existence of such positions is not disclosed on a real-time basis. Sentiment score algorithms and coverage priorities may inadvertently favor or disfavor certain securities or sectors due to data availability, algorithm design, or coverage decisions.
